The first time I went to Mother Earth, I was excited about the prospects of a natural food store. I was a bit disappointed when I had a look around. They do sell some food items, but the bulk of their merchandise is supplements. They have lots of vitamins, herbs, supplements, protein powders, books, and things of that nature, but not much in the way of food. It is tucked in with some other shops on Walnut Ave., and sits perpendicular to the road, so it can be a bit hard to find the first time around. The store is small and a bit sparse, but the employees were very friendly and helpful.
