Well, I went to Dave to get a waterheater fan repaired. They sent someone over who got it working again, and it didn't take him to long to get a part ordered. He gor the motor working. I noticed that it would not shut off though. When I later looked at the wiring, I relized that it was not set up correctly to shut off. Still the important thing was promptness that the job was accomplished in, and for that Daves gets my approval.
