Mowry's has given me a very mixed level of service. The first time I brought them a vehicle, they couldn't do anything for it. They couldn't figure out the problem, so they just let it sit. 3 days later I called to check on their progress, and they finally told me then that I could come pick it up and that they hadn't done anything for it. Well, I had another problem with emissions, and I called and asked if they would be able to check it out. They did, and it took about 5 days for them to do the job. When I got it back, I did pass emissions, but the job was definitely not something that warranted keeping the car for 5 days. more
