Whey Chai is a great option for Chinese take-out. They have a nice clean restaurant, which is located in downtown Racine. You can dine-in or take-out. They also deliver, but I don't know if they charge for it.
Their Szechuan dishes are especially good and their Crab Rangoons are the best one's I've had from a take-out place. The food is always prepared quickly, so you can usually call and pick it up within 10-15 minutes of your order being placed.
The staff is friendly, and handles huge rushes or orders very efficiently. Friday and Saturday evenings tend to be their busiest times, but they still can get even a large order done in about 20 minutes.
