We took Platinum here where she had a double kitty condo and upon picking her up, she was sitting in her condo, as content as anything. Very unlike experiences at other 'pet resorts' where, when she saw us she went crazy, meowing to get out to us. We were told that she was a very pleasant guest and very happy during her stay. I believe that to be true and will take her again when needed.
