While I think she is no longer taking patients, this is a great doctor. She is extremely caring and always takes time to speak to your child. Many times doctors overlook the child, but not Dr. Howard. She is well respected in the community and you get the feeling that she raises her own children in the same way that she advises you on your own children. She is sometimes hard to get an appointment with. Her prices are average.
