we had a super early flight and were happy that they were here early and ready to pick us up. the problem? we ordered a car seat and they didn't put one in. but trouble. and instead of giving us a discount they just took off the $5 they would've charged for the seat. we had to put our own seat in and have them take it and then get it returned to us
