The Fox Cities Children's Museum is located in downtown Appleton. They are a huge children's museum which offers many hands-on displays for kids. They can pilot a plane, ride on a fire engine, play doctor, or do just about anything they could imagine. They have sections for kids of toddler age all the way up to about 10-12 years of age. There are sections that are more educational, such as science related, and there are sections that are just fun, such as the kid-size stores and shops. There is even an area where kids can dress up in costumes.
