I just moved to a new neighborhood and thought it would make sense to switch to a vet nearby. My cat had an eye infection so I took him to Delta Animal Hospital for the first time. The place smelled horrible and was obviously filthy. The vet said my cat's eyes and ears needed to be flushed out but would not let me stay in the room while he cleaned them. He gave me medication for my cat's eyes, which so far does not appear to be helping. On top of all that, he charged me twice as much as my old vet would have. Needless to say, from now on I'll gladly drive 20 minutes with my cats to go back to Hyde Park Animal Clinic (which is great!).
