Prices are exorbitantly too high and not competitive enough. Small selection overall. Customer service is lacking also. Sales personal are particularly disrespectful to minors. My son plays in the high school band and Beavers Bandbox is very close and convenient to go to to buy reeds. Cashier was rude, and sarcastic about giving him the discount for being in the high school band (he was not given the discount).
