Sam's steakhouse is truly the only place to get steak in St Louis. The steak is sent out to the table as you asked. The meat is very tender and can be cut with a butter knife. The wine selection is outstanding for a steakhouse with good pricing. A meal cost is around $25.00 and that comes with a salad and brown bag baked potato or twice backed potato.
The inside has two settings
1) The bar area that is a piano bar with low lighting and white tablecloths
2) The main area with low lighting and white tablecloths
If you think Outback or Morton's is a place for steak then you need to try Sam's. Better meat, service, and pricing.
