Golden Scissors is known for the service it exhibits to its customers. Every person I know that has been to get their hair cut or colored there has been more than satisfied and have become repeat customers. Even after a required price increase, most stylists did not charge their existing customers the new price. The loyalty and closeness of the stylist to the customer is amazing. It was not uncommon for the stylist to remember your voice on the phone, which is difficult when you operate in a college town where customers come and go.
