We have rented a couple of cars from here on different occasions. I called in to get a rental car when we were in a wreck and our insurance had already talked to them so it was quick and easy. I had specified that I didn't want a certain car and they were able to get me something else, even though they had to bring it in from another Enterprise. Which I thought was great cause they went out of their way to get me something that I wanted. The staff are pretty friendly and they will get you in and out as fast as possible. If you live in Lufkin and are wanting to rent a car from there if its not going through your insurance it can be a hassle. They said they had a lot of people taking off with the cars and not bringing them back so they need a pay stub and a piece of mail with your address on it. Its understandable but it can be a pain.
