I was very disappointed in the services Addus offered. I used this because my mother needed in home care. Addus sent out several CNAs who I thought did a bad job. They would eat our food or come very late or stay for one day and quit. One CNA even brought her kids and boyfriend over. I stopped using Addus' services after a year.
