When in the market for a new car recently, my husband and I stopped at the local dealer to merely browse to see price ranges, packages- really just to look and see the different styles of cars on our own.
We were hunted down by a salesman very quickly and he offered his assistance to which we replied that we were looking and would get him if we had any questions or needed something. This gentleman would NOT leave us alone. He kept pressuring us with statements such as "what would it take for you to leave with a car today?" Perhaps he had an end of the month quota to fill or something, but we were just really turned off by the whole situation and left immediately after this man would not let us look in peace.
