i brought my car in on october 18th for an oil change. 90 minutes later i came in to pick up my car . i cleared payments then i was ready to drive off when the car would not start and an exclamation mark came on as soon as i turned the key. car was immobilized and would not move. they had told me it is the transmission. i then told them i had transmission replaced then they changed their minds and told me it was a radiator issue. i had asked for the broken parts to see what may be the problem. they said no they can supply only the harness the radiator goes back to the supplier. thats not right. would like to see my damaged goods. i got a quote for $3200 to do the repair. 11 days later they told me car was fixed. i go to pick up the car and i noticed a huge scratch on it. they agreed to repair but took no responsibility saying we will fix it only because we never did a walk around and we are not sure. no apology or anything. 2 days later i get car back. the manager there was not helpful and was never on duty. when i addressed my concerns he yelled back pointed at me and told me he was calling cops. i had my suspicions when my car came to me damaged the first time but when it comes back damaged the 2nd time it is difficult to deny that this company is negligent in their work. thanks
