Cheesy Eddie's is a South Wedge institution! This small bakery has well-known delicious cheesecakes. I recently also tried the carrot cake, which was excellent! They also recently changed owners to some Geneseo graduates, which makes them even more of a hit in my book! They offer much more than cheesecakes, too. Last time I was there, they had small eclairs and many different cookie varieties. It was difficult to choose! This is a great place to stop in for a cake for a work or family event. They package everything beautifully!
