You don't need an appointment; you just show up, which for me is great. And they have Saturday hours. They discuss with you what service you need (instead of automatically doing everything the manufacturer recoemmends). I was there about an hour for 30,000 mile service. It would be nice to have a more comfortable waiting area, but you can always walk up the block to Mayorga if you don't want to hang out in the shop.
