I have tried for weeks to reach Grand Avenue Chocolates by phone and email and have never received a response, never even had the phone answered. I needed to place a large order for holiday giving, so, I drove out to Concord to meet with someone face to face. To my surprise, the door to their business was locked up with a notice of eviction posted. Several other frustrated shoppers drove up while I was there and all had a similar story. I think it's time to give up on GAC and move on to a more reliable vendor!
