We had an appointment for them to replace a spring on our garage door.
I left work early since the appointment was between 3:30 ~ 6:30pm.
At 4:30 I called to confirm the appointment. The lady tells me he is on his was in to pick up my springs and he will be on his way to my house to install them.
At 5:30pm, no sign of him. I call only to hear the close of business announcement (office closes at 4:30pm).
I left a message. 'just checking...'. Left my number again (they already had it). No call back.
6:30pm. No one shows up.
I call the next morning (Saturday) at 9am, when they open. A woman answers and is surprised he never showed. "Well he'll do it today then". He will be there by 11am."
11:00am. no one shows. No phone call. Just like the night before.
We leave for some errands. He shows at 12:00pm and is surprised we are not home. We left instructions with our daughter. If he shows up, tell him he has lost our business.
He has the NERVE to start saying, "well if you're going to cancel, you need to call..." at which point my daughter interrupts him, "weren't you supposed to be here last night? and today by 11am?". "Never mind' he says.
