The Julie Rogers Theater is a beautifully restored building that hosts the symphony, opera, and ballet and also performances in theater and music, lectures, and other events. The interior is very grand, with beautiful chandeliers and staircases, and the seating holds about 1,200 people downstairs; there's a balcony for about 400 more. Many events are held there throughout the year.
