Hospice of Texas provides care for terminally ill patients who want to spend their last months at home with their families instead of in the hospital. Patients can have nurses, CNAs, or social workers come to their homes to provide care and help with both physical and emotional needs. The hospice is located in Gateway Shopping Center and provides services in a 50-mile radius.
