Bonfires offers a fresh build your own tortilla bar. They offer a regular size tortilla to fill with many different Mexican toppings or the beast size.
Regular size is almost too much to eat!
The tortillas come in plain, tomato, spinach and jalapeno and cheddar. Some of the toppings include nacho cheese, Mexican cheese, chicken, steak, black beans, refried beans, fresh cilantro, salsa, sour cream, Spanish rice and many others.
Their apple frittatas are excellent as well!
