Penn Station makes the best hot subs and the best tasting fries. They make their fries from scratch from fresh potatoes. But they are fantastic! They slice unpeeled potatoes right before they deep fry them in delicious peanut oil. It's yummy! Menu items are inspired by the city of Philadelphia, with some ideas borrowed from other East Coast USA cities, hence the name Penn Station East Coast Subs.
