Allegation regarding children are bullied by a boy and staff do nothing is unfounded according to California Social Services Community Care Licensing Division.
LPA interviewed a group of children (including the victim and the alleged "bully") as well as staff. They all concurred that the boy who was labeled to be the "bully" is not one to bully children. He is an active child and is always playing with the children in his classroom.
LPA reviewed children's records and observed that there has been no incident reports documenting any behavior on this boy. During 3/8/2007 visit LPA observed the classroom where this boy is. LPA observed the boy interacting with the rest of the children including the alleged victim with no sign of any "bullying" or violent behavior.
This allegation is unfounded.
