Let me preface this by the point that I own two Nissans and neither was purchased at Bill Ray. We would have LOVED to have bought within a few miles of our home but Bill Ray just didn't want to give us a competitive price (and I'm not asking for rock bottom).
We found that sales managers were not thorough in follow ups and that communication was a problem. Now, maybe this is just our experience, but the last time we tried (and I mean the LAST time), we were supposed to bring in our vehicle for a trade-in eval. We were told to come Monday at 5:30 p.m. Sounded like an appt to me. When we arrived they looked at us like we were crazy and told us the person wasn't there. When we later contacted the salesman he didn't apologize or try to get us in again.
Sadly for Bill Ray, we took our business to another dealership who worked for us- the salesperson sent us a thank you note for coming in, called us when they thought they had what we wanted and stayed late for us.
I have had my Pathfinder fixed there a few times. Bill Ray mechanics do a good job in repairs but are pricey.
