Unfortunately I have to say my own experiences with Bill Heard have been much like everyone else's. When I've come into contact with them they've treated me poorly and made me feel slimy.
For example, a friend of mine traded his car in and a week later they said that the financing didn't go through and that he would have to give them more money. It ended up being a horrible mess and finally (after much pushing on our part) they refunded the substantial downpayment and returned the original car.
