I went to Brick's quite by accident the first time. I was new in town and needed to purchase some flowers for a special event and ran in quickly to see what they had to offer. I was pleasantly surprised to see a smiling face, lot of lovely gifts and coolers filled to the brim with beautiful, fresh flowers. They had exactly what I was looking for, and even helped me with getting some filler flowers in bulk and loaded up a 5 gallon bucket of water with them for me to take to my event. When I returned the bucket, they were surprised and said I could have kept it! I know it's not that big of a deal, but I really felt taken care of and that they wanted me to be happy with what I got. I've been back several times since, I have received similar service with similar satisfaction. I particularly like that their arrangements don't look quite so "canned" as regular FTD bouquets. They look fresh and original and beautiful :)
