ISB is a great place to go to get your hair colored without spending a fortune. You can usually walk right in. I would avoid going on Saturday mornings as that's when most of the elderly women come for shampoo sets and they are really busy then. One of the students told me they are usually pretty free on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights. They also offer haircuts, facials, manicures, pedicures, too.
