I was not impressed with their service when I went to purchase roofing supplies. It seemed like I was a great imposition to sales associate I went to for help, and she was in Customer Service! I had every thing I needed written down that I needed delivered, so all she had to do was input it into the computer. Very disappointing experience. Usually I don’t have this much trouble in Lowe’s, but I have noticed a decline in customer service.
