Fundamentals is a gymnastics facility geared primarily toward beginners. They offer classes for ages 2 - 12 and have both boys and girls teams which compete at the beginning levels. They are an incredibly caring group of people that do a great job of encouraging children of all abilities. While they are knowledgable about gymnastics, their emphasis is more on having fun and learning basic skills that can apply to most any sport.
