I help to manage Yale in Dorchester. I oversee 75 home deliveries and over 110 service calls. Thats every day. My only direction is to be reasonable with customers. I have sent electricians, rewired rooms, sent carpenters and fixed cabinets in the interest of customer satisfaction...even when it was not clear to me that we erred. Some of these reviews genuinely baffle me. We dont outsource service as it is the largest part of our business. I honestly believe we are the best in this industry.
