We've been using Flatrock Tire and Auto for over 10 years. Having used them on several vehicles, we've only had one problem that could not be proven to be their fault and we've chalked up as human error. Although their prices are lower than dealers, they can be higher than other repair shops on some jobs. We've never had any problem with tires, mechanics or service. We've gotten state inspections and flat tires taken care of while we waited. Their estimates are on target and they have always finished a job within the estimated time.
