We purchased several thousand dollars worth of appliances from them including a GE Monogram Fridge that never worked right from the beginning. They insisted on trying to fix this new appliance four times before letting us pick out another. They charged us delivery fee again even though they are the ones that sold us a bad fridge. We incurred more expenses due to position of the electric outlet and connection in the new Kitchen Aid Fridge ( the salesperson did not mention this important fact) They couldnt keep the delivery date of our new fridge because someone forgot to write it in " the book" We are out over $500 due to no fault of ours but I couldnt put a price tag on inconvenience of being without a working fridge for two months. In my opinion, Crossroads should have taken care of all expenses, replaced our fridge much sooner, and take up this issued with GE Appliance
