My wedding is in Oct. My Bridesmaid's ordered their dresses at the beginning of June. Plenty of time for an October wedding. Regina advised that the dresses came through customs on the 10th of August. I started asking about the dresses and the delivery date. Regina would not call and find out where the dresses where. A month before the wedding she finally tracked them down and advised me that they were sent back to China. Yes, China. and she had no idea when they would come in. We got our money back, but only had a month to find new bridesmaid dresses. Thank God for JCPenny's . No bride should have to deal with this poor quality of service. This should not happen for someone who has been in business for 15+ years. I also do not recommend getting alteration done by Cheryl. She is way overpriced and does poor work. Not even sure if she did a hem, but charged me $75. I went back 4 times for the bustle, still not right, was charged $35 and I had to fix it myself. This is a shame because she has a great selection of wedding gowns and bridesmaid dresses. I bought a beautiful gown for a great price there. more
