It's a great store but my first time there was horrible. No one helped me or greeted me then I paid with my credit card and my name is (Jay-me) but is spelled Jaime after an actress from my mom's area who spelled it Jaime. They got upset and questioned me about whose card it was and they can't except it because JAIME (Hispanic pronunciation) THE GUY was not present. I said NO I'm (Jay-me) Jaime and then of course they wanted an i.d and under her breath she said "God can't she see her name is spelled wrong I don't understand why she would spell it that way" I wanted to just say forget it and walk out but I truly loved and wanted the beads so...Well went there a second time to bring my cousin (Paid in cash this time!) but still not friendly. Did not get greeted at all no help at all and out loud I kept saying "Oh i wish I could find this one bead from last time" I said it 4 times and they still did not say oh miss can I help you find something. And it's not like they were busy. We were the only 2 in the store! I mean I will go back cause it is the only bead store in the south side that I know of besides (high priced) Michaels. But as far as the service forget it they get a zero!! I guess you got to be a regular who has been going there for years in order for them to be nice to you. Oh well at least the selection of beads are so awesome. That's the only thing that makes me go back. If it wasn't for the HUGE selection i would not return to them. If they are reading this it's called good customer service gets you good business, more customers and excellent reviews! AND DON'T AWESOME PEOPLE AREN'T WHO THEY ARE CAUSE OF A NAME!!! It's very offensive!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you! Jaime (JAY-ME!)(An Italian Female!)
