Crossroads may be the most gracious in selling appliances but if something doesn't work they offer absolutely no support in fixing or replacing. After spending $10,000 for kitchen appliances, one item that costs less than $1,000 didn't work upon installation. Crossroads would not offer a replacement and insisted on repair of a brand new appliance. When it could not be fixed they passed me off to Dacor, the manufacturer. Dacor recognized the defect and replaced the defective new appliance with a one year old appliance without adequately compensating the contractor for install and reinstall nor me for my original purchase. Crossroads had no interest in supporting their customer. If you want to spend money on appliances then Crossroads is the one but if you expect service or backup on the purchase go to any other appliance shop or internet.
