There are a variety of fresh salad ingredients and you can make a good meal just from them. Then add mashed potatoes, gravy, and a vegetable. Meats are usually the weak part of a buffet and Angel's is no different, but you can choose chicken, fish, meatballs, and other inexpensive meats. At dinner and on weekends ham and roast beef are also available. To me this is a pretty good meal, plus you get a beverage and dessert.
