Much of what you order at Formosa will be altered to an American palette.
BUT, if you've been to Asia and know what it is to have authentic Chinese cuisine, you can be more selective in choosing from the menu and find all of those wonderful delights that you experienced in Asia.
The beauty of their menu is that there is something for everyone.
Service is good, not spectacular, but leaves very little to be desired.
Prices are about average for the Cache Valley.
