Each year on Christmas Eve I attend First Baptist Church with my Grandma. It is a small church and small congregation but they are very welcoming. Throughout the year they hold services every Sunday morning. They also offer Sunday school and programs throughout the week. One thing about this church, it is not handicap accessible and is a challenge for those who have trouble with stairs. (You enter the church and then have to go up about six stairs to get to the church. The bathrooms are located in the basement which means going back down those six stairs plus about another seven more...down a narrow stairwell). I hope someday they are able to make it handicap accessible as it is a beautiful little church.
