*****Buyer Beware***
On September 2, 2007 my 71 year old mothers air had gone out. It was 109 degrees outside and 115 degrees inside her condo. They came out took 10 minutes looking at the unit on her roof. The "Teaching Foreman" came inside and told her that a motor had blown itself out and to replace it it would cost $2000 plus to fix. He instead told her she should replace the the unit at a cost of over $7000. Luckly I was there and could see he was lieing and just trying to make a easy sale.
The next day I had another repair company and it was the owner who came to do the repairs. I did not tell him that Freedom was already here the day before.
In 20 minutes he had replaced the motor and cleaned the coil and had the air working. The total cost was only $800. He did the same thing Freedom "teaching Trainer" said would cost over $2000 to fix.
I do not recommend using Freedom. If you do be sure to get a second opinion you will be surprised.
