I have been to Vision World several times, saw Dr Gendall the first time and then Dr Reisch all the other times I went. I felt both are very professional and well educated. My only issue with this office is that the last time I was there, a lady and her daughter came in, without an appointment, and was seen right away. I was seeing Dr Reisch and he kept leaving the room to take care of this lady's daughter in the middle of my appointment. I thought that was really rude considering I had an appointment and they didnt! So I guess if you are really good friends with these doctors, they can squeeze you in whenever you want, whether or not they are busy with another patient. Another thing was that they always found a way of charging me extra fees on top of the co-pay claiming it wasnt covered by the insurance. I also found the prices of contacts and glasses a little on the high side. Otherwise, they are good.
