We've have used Essential Pest control since we bought our home 6 years ago. We found out that we had a hidden termite problem that the real estates inspector didn't see (or was told NOT to see). I do not trust realtors.... They came out and treated our whole home and we have been on a yearly contract ever since. We've had them back once and that was 3 years ago. So I was pretty happy. They've been so nice and accommodating to us being outside of Tucson, AZ The people who've come have always cleaned up where they've work which is a necessary quality for me. Give them a try!
