Everyone made me feel comfortable and welcome. Every member of the staff (those who were not even participating in my treatment) were concerned about my comfort. Dr. Friedman is an amazing man! He explained every step of my dental procedure. He answered ALL of my questions, no matter how foolish I thought they were. He was always willing to make adjustments- no matter how small. My dental experience was extremely pleasant.
