When my husband decided last summer that he wanted to start excersising he decide to start bicycling. We went to this bike store to look at bikes and he found one that he really liked. it was one that they had to order and they said it would take about 3 weeks. Five weeks later the bike still wasn't in and they kept giving him the run-around about giving him a refund. They finally agreed to ve him a refund, but were very rude about it.
