The staff at the salon were super-nice and the salon is pleasant and clean. However, my sculptured nail manicure experience was awful.
They did not have the normal equipment, so most of it was done by hand. Even so, the manicure took much longer than it had to--almost 3 hours! The manicurist seemed as though she was brand new at her trade. She put on lots of extra coats of nail polish and meticulously kept checking and rechecking to the point of insanity.
I finally was given the ok to leave and assured the polish was dry. Within about 30 seconds of leaving, my nail polish was ruined because it hadn't been dry. The next day, 2 of my nails fell off.
To top it off, they charged twice the going rate.
