Bodies In Balance has chiropractors (that is how I actually started with this place), an acupuncturist, massage therapist, personal training, and yoga/pilates classes. I have been working the the head trainer, Susan, for about 8 months, and have been very pleased with the results. The gym area is small, but has a quite a bit of equipment, offering plenty of variety, but there aren't a lot of people, so it is really personal. There are a number of trainers available, which allow for flexible scheduling.
