Most big bookstore chains are similar... row after row of books, nice music, a coffee shop, and a comfy leather chair that's ALWAYS taken.
The one at 21st and the BA Expressway is a step above. It's 2 story, which adds to it's cozyness (you don't feel like you're in a warehouse). The coffeeship has ample seating, including leather chairs. The music area upstairs has more headsets to listen to music than the other stores do. And I can ALWAYS find one of those big leather chairs to curl up in... they have more than any store in Tulsa that I know of.
I've also found that the coffee shop people are super nice... not at all afraid to give you a larger size for the same price, or throw in a cookie for free. Of course, they also know I'll leave them a nice tip... that may have something to do with it.
It's also convenient... right off the BA expressway. Try Border's coffee rather than Starbucks next time you're on the way to work. There's almost no standing in line waiting!
