I have been very frustrated with this place on a number of occasions. They have "lost" my reservation twice, and they have told me that my 5-year warranty does not apply (after I spoke with the manager and showed them a copy of the warranty, they changed their mind). They have diagnosed a problem, only to be unable to diagnose it when I returned to have the problem corrected. I think they are overbooked and their customer service shows it.
The only bright spot in my trips to Fiore is the sweet man who drives you home (or to work).
