I asked them for an estimate, and Ron Tievy came out and seemed nice enough, but I had to keep bugging his wife, who answers their business number, for the estimate. When I got it, it didn't include what it would cost to have the same job done but with a larger breaker panel, which I had asked for from the start, so I called again...and again...and again. She pretty much told me to stop bugging her. I never got the revised numbers, and of course I didn't use them.
